Brianne Garrison is the President and Executive Director of Let Love Lead Iowa. With a strong background in human services and community leadership, Brianne has dedicated her career to walking alongside individuals facing some of life’s toughest challenges. Her passion for empowering others grew from years of experience working with people navigating homelessness, trauma, and barriers to stability.

Brianne founded Let Love Lead Iowa with the belief that true housing security comes not only from providing shelter, but from healing the whole person. Guided by compassion and a vision for lasting change, she leads the organization with a heart for service, a commitment to dignity, and a determination to create pathways of hope and independence for every individual served.
